This is one of the easiest and best recipes for pork tenderloin.

The American Heart Association has certified pork tenderloin as a heart-healthy food. It’s a good source of protein and is as lean as skinless chicken breast.

This tender pork recipe is so versatile, and delicious it will become one of your new favorite recipes! My family loves it!  I’ve served this for the holidays many years in a row with rave reviews, but I also love it for family barbecues because it is so easy!

Total Time: 4 minutes

Yield: 8 serving(s)

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves of sliced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Hi Ann - we'd maybe try doing it in the oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes!
