If you’ve never tried banana “nice” cream, you’re in for a real treat. It’s essentially a much healthier, dairy free (and some vegan options!) ice cream substitute that you can feel good about. Made with frozen bananas, all it takes is a few pulses in the food processor to develop that creamy, sweet concoction you crave. Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, chunked
  • Option 1: Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate chips, for serving
  • Option 2: Matcha
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • Coconut flakes, for serving
  • Option 3: Raspberry
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • White chocolate chips, for serving
  • Option 4: Mint Chip
  • 1 drop peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chunks

Directions

  1. Put frozen banana chunks in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Add your desired mix-ins. Pulse until combined and serve immediately.
