Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 cup warm water (about 110-115 degrees F)
  • Toppings
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • For garnishing: crushed red pepper flakes, basil, and parmesan
