These Hawaiian turkey avocado mini sandwiches are a light and delicious appetizer. These healthy turkey sliders are the perfect finger food for game day parties or any get together. The sweetness of the Hawaiian bread along with the savory turkey and zesty Feta aioli creates a flavor explosion in every bite. Ingredients

  • Sandwich
  • 1 12-pack of Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • Roasted shredded turkey (I use white meat)
  • Radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Avocado Spread
  • 1 Avocado, skinned, pitted, and mashed
  • 4 tablespoons chopped raw spinach
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • Pinch of Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Feta Aioli
  • 1/2 cup Feta, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons light mayo
  • 3 tablespoons plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
