Ingredients

  • 1 pint ripe strawberries, hulled and quartered (about 4 cups strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 4 slices thick multigrain bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 large ripe avocado sliced
  • 2-4 slices GO Veggie! Lactose Free Mozzarella Slices, depending on how cheesy you like things
