If you’ve never tried making homemade hummus, then you’re in for a real treat. We love hummus to begin with, but when its paired with sweet potatoes, we’re pretty much in heaven. This recipe is the perfect healthy snacking dip packed with fiber and protein, not to mention SUPER delicious with the fresh thyme and goat cheese on top. Yes, goat cheese – we told you, we’re in heaven.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh goat cheese
