Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pitted and diced sweet dark red cherries
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles
  • (Candies Walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves & pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (brown sugar also works)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
