Master these 4 salad dressing recipes and you’ll never have to buy salad dressing again! With flavors for every tastebud, these salad dressing are a healthier and cheaper alternative to store-bought ones!

Ingredients

  • Classic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Asian Teriyaki
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Raspberry Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 orange, juiced
  • 1/3 cup mashed raspberries
  • Green Avocado Dressing
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup packed arugula
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup water (or more depending on how thick/thin you like it)
  • Salt

Directions

  1. For the first three recipes, combine ingredients in bowl and whisk. For the green avocado dressing, place everything in a food processor and blend together until smooth.
