We’ve been busy in the Get Healthy U kitchen! It’s taken some trial and error and a lot of tasting, but we’ve created seven amazeball recipes that we know you’re going to love! From savory to sweet these sinful seven are as delicious as they are healthy. These easy healthy recipes are fabulous as appetizers, snacks, and great on-the-go!

No-Bake Apple Pie Energy Balls

If you like apple pie, you will love these healthy apple pie energy balls that are sweetened with pureed dates and apples. The perfect sweet snack before you hit the gym or for your kids to grab on the way out for practice.

Black Bean and Quinoa Meatless Balls

These meatless black bean and quinoa balls are filled with fresh veggies and Mexican flavors! These vegetarian amazeballs are crunchy on the outside but fluffy and moist on the inside. Great with the Greek yogurt dipping sauce in this recipe and your favorite fresh salsa on the side!

Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls

I love this recipe for pumpkin pie protein balls that taste just like pumpkin pie! These tasty morsels are high in protein, fiber, and are gluten-free. These pumpkin pie balls last up to a week in the fridge and make for a delicious portable snack to have on hand when you need something quick.

Italian Turkey Meatballs

My family loves spaghetti and meatballs, but we switched to using turkey in our meatballs years ago to reduce our red mead consumption, and fat. Bursting with Italian seasonings, fresh basil, and parmesan cheese you will flip over this recipe as an appetizer or main entree on a bed of spiralized zucchini. If you haven’t used a vegetable spiralizer check out this nifty kitchen gadget ASAP!

Homemade “Nutella” Protein Balls

If you love the delicious taste of Nutella hazelnut spread, you will love this healthy chocolate flavored protein ball! All that rich flavor with tons of protein to fuel your body and keep you moving.
