COBRA
Strengthens the muscles of the upper back and stretches the chest and abdominals

DOWN DOG
An outstanding pose for stretching the low back, hamstrings, lower legs and feet

SUN A
Sun A (also known as a salutation) allows you to move through a few yoga poses, strengthening the body and flowing through stretches all at the same time.

KNEELING HAMSTRING STRETCH
Targets: hamstrings & hips Stretch back for a hamstring stretch, and pull forward for more of a hip opener. Do a couple rounds of this and feel tension release in the lower body.

SEATED SPINAL TWIST
Targets: hips & back Sit up tall before twisting! You want to be up and out of the hip flexors to do this stretch. Repeat twisting on both sides.
