ELEVATED PIGEON
Targets: outer glute & back hip flexor Modification: take the front leg off of the step and to the ground to lessen the stretch.

CALF STRETCH
Targets: calf Grab onto something for balance. Press the back heel down to intensify the stretch.

SEATED TOE TOUCH
Targets: Hamstrings Hinge forward and reach your fingers toward your toes until you feel a slight stretch in the backs of your thighs.
