Let Chris Be Your Trainer To Get Your Body Back

Fitness: Get Fit

What does “Get Your Body Back”  mean to you? Maybe you’ve never shed that baby weight. Or your desk job adds dollars to your bank account but inches to your waistline. Could it be that you’ve lost motivation? The couch does sound more enticing then a treadmill after you’ve packed three lunches and rushed three kids to the bus stop. Or you simply don’t have enough time. The dog, dinner, and dance practice all have to fit into your day first!

If one of these all too common scenarios fits your situation, you’re not alone. But you don’t have to spend all day at the gym to see results. All it takes is 10 minutes to get started and the mindset to put you and your health first during a tiny slice of your day. I created Get Healthy U TV for this reason–to make it more convenient for women everywhere to fit exercise into their busy lives, and give them the motivation they need to succeed.

When you have a personal trainer, someone’s holding you accountable for your workouts, so you’re more likely to see results. And with Get Healthy U TV, that’s what you have: me as your virtual trainer, encouraging you every step of the way. Each workout has information on what fitness level it’s designed for, and we have step-by-step workout calendars that guide you through precisely what to do each day to see the results you want.

Whether you’re interested in high intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, strength training, or cardio, I’ve designed the perfect workout for you. As you perform the workouts, I do them right alongside you, so you can think of me as that accountability partner, motivating you to keep going, push harder, and test the limits of what you believe you’re capable of.

I don’t expect you to be perfect. First of all, you are working out with me in your living room, so who cares! And second of all, I have my own issues. I have a back problem and many of you might have an injury or aren’t as strong as you want to be at the moment. But, I give you permission to start where you are at and work at your level to be successful.

But what does “success” mean anyways? Success is seeing changes in your body. Success is having more confidence. Success is having more stamina and more endurance. Success is feeling better in your clothing. There is no one definition of success. I just want you to get your body back, feel good about yourself, and reach your goals for success!
