We truly love soup! It’s such a great way to get lots of good-for-you ingredients all in one warm, comforting bowl. These gluten-free soup recipes are so delicious and great for those who are gluten-intolerant or just prefer to avoid it. When soups include gluten, you’ll most likely find it in the form of noodles/pasta or the addition of flour as a thickening agent. The soup recipes included below all steer clear of gluten, in some cases using an alternate form of pasta or thickening agent, or just skipping those items altogether. Soup is actually a great option when you’re avoiding gluten as you’ll come to see just how easy and delicious these soups are.

Always be sure to check your ingredient labels when cooking gluten-free! For instance, most chicken broth brands are gluten-free but occasionally you might find a carton that uses yeast extract, ingredients from barley, etc. that contain gluten.

Soups are also super easy to make ahead and refrigerate or even freeze! Oftentimes, soup develops even more flavor when it has a day or two to develop in the fridge.
