A sweaty workout calls for something cool and delicious. Hello, Cantaloupe Lassi! The mix of creamy coconut and cantaloupe will leave you feeling refreshed and happy. Plus, Greek yogurt (one of my favorite things!) adds a protein boost.

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup light canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen cantaloupe cubes
  • 1 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
