Recipe: Chocolate Peppermint Patty Smoothie
This rich and creamy peppermint patty smoothie is so chocolatey and good you will feel like you’re having a decadent dessert. Plus it has 38 grams of protein per serving and is so yummy it will become your go-to post workout snack. Use a vegan protein powder for vegan option!

Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (we used BiPro Chocolate Whey)
- 1 cup coconut milk (we used unsweetened Silk coconut milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 teaspoons dark agave
- 8-10 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

can you use skim milk or water instead of coconut milk?

Sure! We've only used coconut milk but smoothies are one of those items you can tweak according to what you want!

If you make this smoothie with the suggested protein powder, it's a whey powder and whey is a dairy product so this smoothie would not be a vegan smoothie unless one used a vegan protein powder.
