Detoxes are a huge trend days these days! Personally, I don’t ascribe to the powders, pills, and potions aspect of detoxing. Instead, I believe you can “detox” by simply eating a clean diet combined with exercise! This Cleansing Green Radish Soup is the perfect clean recipe to make if you’ve had…let’s say…a rough weekend and need a healthy boost come Monday. Dairy-free, gluten-free, and packed with veggies, your body will be filled with vitamins and nutrients with every slurp. One batch makes four servings, so you can either share with your family or pack a week of healthy lunches!

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 1/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
