You can even cook the chicken in your favorite salsa for a richer flavor. We love to top these tasty tacos with fresh avocado, cilantro, pico de gallo, and a little shredded cheese, but use whatever toppings you like for the ultimate fiesta.


  • 3-4 large chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1-16 ounce jar of salsa
  • 1-15 ounce can of black beans
