Recipe: Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

recipe: Poultry and Pork

I love that this Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken is so versatile! You can literally use the chicken over and over again after making it and feel like it’s a new meal each time. Serve it with with Asian slaw and rice or wrap it a lettuce wrap. The next day try it in quesadilla with cheddar cheese and sauteed peppers or put it on a bun with some BBQ sauce for a different take on a pulled-pork sandwich. Yum!

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
