I love that this simple Dill Salmon Burger recipe is a great alternative to a traditional burger. You can mix up the spices and add whatever you like – Cajun and blackened are delicious! Plus, it can be a quick go-to dinner and lunch later in the week since it freezes really well!



  • 1 pound skinless, boneless salmon
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 shallots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup coarse bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
