I  love this no-flour Greek Yogurt and Flax Pancakes with Berries recipe! The protein-packed pancake mix is based on Greek yogurt, flaxseed meal, and eggs. From there you can mix up the toppings however you like, but these particular pancakes are topped in a delicious warm berry compote. Yum!



  • 1 cup berries
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. flax seed meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Sweetener of choice to your liking
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
