Recipe: Vegan Green Bean Casserole

Casserole Recipes, Side Dish Recipes, Vegetable Recipes, Vegetarian Recipes

Ah, the classic green bean casserole: a Thanksgiving favorite across America. However, this classic American recipe can often be loaded with unwanted additives. This recipe takes our all-American favorite, and turns it into a healthy side dish you can feel good about serving to your family. It’s actually vegan too, which is perfect for my vegan daughter.  I know I’ll be serving this at my Thanksgiving this year!
