What is better than a cool icy coffee on a hot day?  A icey frappuccino with no additives or preservatives and only 45 calories. That is less than 25% of that in regular Starbucks frappuccino, and still half of the calories in a “light” frappuccino.  By the way, this frapuccino also has ZERO grams of sugar, and only 1 gram of carbs, and won’t cost you 5 dollars!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • sweetener, such as 3 nunaturals stevia packets
  • 1-2 tsp fruit pectin for even extra thickness

Optional additions

  • cocoa
  • cinnamon
  • chai spice
  • banana
