Recipe: Key Lime Pie Smoothie
Dessert for breakfast? Yes! This tastes just like a key lime pie, but a lot healthier and in smoothie form! The recipe requires a lime juice, lime zest, lime yogurt and a frozen banana to create a sweet but tart flavor and the desired consistency. When your bananas are turning brown, just unpeel, slice and throw in a baggie in the freezer. Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 oz. key lime Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 sheet whole grain graham cracker
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
Directions
- Add ingredients to blender. Blend on low speed until large pieces are broken up. Finish on high speed until well blended.
