Healthy seafood recipes are great to keep in your weekly rotation. Eating seafood at least two times a week can help you get the essential nutrients that your body needs. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy great seafood!  There are so many healthy seafood recipes, but the ones we choose are quick to prepare, the ingredients are easy to come by, and they’re not just for dinner.

These healthy seafood recipes are delicious and contain important vitamins and nutrients that most Americans lack. Both freshwater and saltwater fish are full of vital nutrients like vitamin D and B-complex vitamins, iodine and omega-3 fatty acids.

Did you know that many studies have shown omega 3 fatty acids help to reduce depression and anxiety? Eating seafood every day will make you happy?! Sign me up!
