I love a classic margherita pizza.  The simplicity of fresh tomatoes, herbs, and mozerlla blend together to form a little taste of Italy.  This is one of my favorites because it gives you that indulgent Italian feel, while still remaining low in calories and full of fiber.  It’s a great choice when you’re craving pizza, but not the guilt that comes with it.



  • 1 Low Carb Wrap
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella
  • Balsamic Vinegar
