This Mushroom Asparagus and Ricotta Pizza is so delicious and easy to make that you’ll never order delivery again! It’s not just tasty and easy, but also gluten-free and paleo friendly! Finally, a pizza recipe that everybody can enjoy! Most frozen pizzas or delivery pizzas use lots of processed ingredients, chemicals and preservatives, but not this recipe! Here, we’re using fresh ingredients that make this pizza EVEN better!


  • 1 Simple Mills pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 snallions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 cup organic mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup organic ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
