After trying this recipe, I’ve decided the peach and basil flavor combination needs to be in more of my meals! These peach, basil, and brie french bread pizzas are just too good! The dish looks complicated, but is actually far from fussy. In under 15  minutes, you’ll have a restaurant-style appetizer that you’ll definitely want to make again and again.

  • 1 french bread loaf (preferably whole grain)
  • 2-3 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces of Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • dash of salt
