It’s no secret that we love pumpkin at Get Healthy U. And it’s also no secret that we love a good dessert. So when we saw the two of these things together, we knew it was meant to be and this delicious recipe happens to be gluten-free! These Pumpkin Cheesecake Dream Bars are the perfect fall dessert: easy-to-make and filled with delicious ingredients. Plus the recipe can easily be adapted to accommodate food allergies: simply choose a gluten free pie crust and/or a dairy free cream cheese. Dreamy!!


  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar, xylitol or pure maple syrup
  • Pinch uncut stevia or 1 additional tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or additional cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch - such as Rapunzel non-GMO
  • Optional
  • Pie crust of your choice
