The temperature is rising here in Minnesota, so I am so excited to share this popsicle recipe with all of you to celebrate the start of summer. You all know about my love affair with greek yogurt, so it should be no surprise that it is the first ingredient in these yummy popsicles. The greek yogurt also means that these cheesecake popsicles pack a protein punch!
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain with 1 tsp. vanilla extract)
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. lowfat cream cheese
1/4 cup light sweetened condensed milk (or 1/2 cup powdered sugar)
