  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

To save time, I made this using only half the ingredients in the sauce & cooked it for 30mins In the oven, & the broccoli & chicken were cooked beautifully. I cooked the rice Seperately, so it was like a chicken stew on a bed of rice or quinoa. Or if you really want to cut time, use the precooked microwave brown rice or quinoa.. So much easier than having to wait an hour for ur meal when you’re hungry & just finished work
