These low carb, gluten free, grain free, paleo and dairy free small batch almond flour brownies are the perfect lightened-up sweet treat! They take just 10 minutes to prep, 15 minutes to cook, and voila! 25 minutes from beginning to snacking!

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 Driscoll's raspberries
  • For the Drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free or vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
