This delicious 8-ingredient Sriracha Teriyaki chicken marinade is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The super simple and sassy marinade is amazing, and adds a lot of zest to grilled chicken. We blend up a large batch of this gluten-free Sriracha Teriyaki marinade and freeze the marinated chicken in quart size freezer bags for easy go to meals on the grill, add some grilled veggies as a side and you have a spectacular dinner!


  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (GF if needed)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled & chopped
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
