  • 1.5 cups strawberries (or other berries), sliced
  • 1/4 chopped almonds
  • 1.5 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups skim milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • Optional: 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
