TRY THIS 10 MINUTE MORNING YOGA ROUTINE
Try these exercises for your morning yoga routine
Strengthens the muscles of the upper back and stretches the chest and abdominals
An outstanding pose for stretching the low back, hamstrings, lower legs and feet
Sun A (also known as a salutation) allows you to move through a few yoga poses, strengthening the body and flowing through stretches all at the same time.
KNEELING HAMSTRING STRETCH
hamstrings & hips
Stretch back for a hamstring stretch, and pull forward for more of a hip opener. Do a couple rounds of this and feel tension release in the lower body.

Sit up tall before twisting! You want to be up and out of the hip flexors to do this stretch. Repeat twisting on both sides.
