BODYWEIGHT SQUAT

TIP: Sit your butt back and keep weight in your heels.

JUMP SQUATS 

MODIFICATION: to stay low impact, go back to regular squats.

REVERSE LUNGE

TIP: Keep front knee stacked on top of the heel

SPLIT JUMPS

MODIFY: Take the jump out and go back to lunges.

BODYWEIGHT PUSH-UPS

MODIFY: Drop down to the knees - keep elbows back to a 45 degree angle.

FULL BODY  SIT-UP

TIP: Roll up through every vertebrae. Try not to use momentum.
