Try these exercises for your morning yoga routine 👉
Strengthens the muscles of the upper back and stretches the chest and abdominals
An outstanding pose for stretching the low back, hamstrings, lower legs and feet
STANDING HAMSTRING STRETCH
Targets: hamstrings & hips Stretch back for a hamstring stretch, and pull forward for more of a hip opener. Do a couple rounds of this and feel tension release in the lower body.
SEATED SPINAL TWIST
Targets: hips & back Sit up tall before twisting! You want to be up and out of the hip flexors to do this stretch. Repeat twisting on both sides.
EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE
This is more of a yoga "flow" - flowing into one movement then the next. You will feel your back open and your side body find length!
