HAND RELEASE PUSH-UPS 

Targets: chest & back  Taking the chest all the way to the floor and releasing the hands is an advanced push-up variation! Modify to the knees!

SQUAT JUMPS 

Targets: center glutes & quads  Modify: Take the jump out and do a calf raise at the top of the squat.

LONG JUMP +  4 HIGH KNEES 

Targets: glutes, quads & core  This is your cardio push! In order to "boost" our metabolism we also need to spike the heart rate!

PUSH-UP + FORWARD LUNGE KNEE DRIVE 

Targets: quads, hamstrings, chest & core  This targets every single muscle in the body in 1 move! Let's boost that metabolism by moving every muscle in the body!

WALK OUT PUSH-UP + HIGH 10 

Targets: chest & cardio  Modify: Take the push-up from your knees, walk your feet in for the high 10 to keep it low impact. No shame in the modify game!

WALK OUT + 2 PUSH-UPS + 4 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS 

Targets: center glutes, core & shoulders  This move will increase the cardio and also involves a little upper body as well!
