TARGETS:
Shoulders, Biceps, and core.
To Modify:
pick up a lighter set of dumbbells.

OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION
TARGETS:
Shoulders and triceps.
To Modify:
tap to the next screen for tricep kickbacks!

TRICEP KICKBACKS
TARGETS:
Upper back, triceps, and core.
To Modify:
press back with 1 arm at a time.

ARNOLD PRESS
TARGETS:
Shoulders & abdominals.
To Modify:
rotate with 1 arm at a time or use lighter dumbbells.

STEERING WHEELS
TARGETS:
Shoulders & abdominals/ obliques.
To Modify:
drop down to a lighter set of dumbbells.

SHOULDER T'S
TARGETS:
Shoulders & core.
To Modify:
Raise one arm at a time. Make sure to repeat the same amount of reps on each arm.

YOGI SQUAT BICEP CURL
TARGETS:
Biceps, Hips and Glutes.
To Modify:
Come up into a sumo squat for relief on the hips and do regular bicep curls.
