✔️ 6 Ab Exercises ✔️ 40 Seconds Work, 20 Seconds Rest ✔️ Repeat x 1 for 5 minutes, x2 for 10 minutes

BICYCLE TWISTS 

Draw elbow to the outside of the opposite knee for full twist.

PLANK REACHES 

Squeeze the core to reach hand foward and keep hips stable in the center.

SIDE PLANK HIP DIPS 

Lift and lower the hip up and down by engaging the oblique.

RUSSIAN TWISTS 

Engage the inner thighs together and twist side to side

HIGH BOAT  LOW BOAT

The longer the legs, the greater the challenge on the abdominals.

LEG  RAISERS 

Press the low back into the mat for low core engagement.
