DO THE  WORKOUT

PERFORM EACH MOVEMENT  15 REPS  REPEAT CIRCUIT X 3

BICYCLE TWISTS 

TRAINER TIP: Draw knee into opposite elbow, keeping both shoulders off the ground.

PLANK REACHES 

TRAINER TIP: Squeeze the obliques to keep hips stable in the center.

SIDE PLANK HIP DIPS 

TRAINER TIP: Squeeze the obliques to lift and lower.

RUSSIAN TWISTS 

TRAINER TIP: Rotate through the trunk to reach to the opposite side.

HIGH BOAT  LOW BOAT

TRAINER TIP: The longer the legs, the more of a challenge your abs will get.

LEG  RAISERS 

TRAINER TIP: Keep the low back pressing into the floor for more core engagement.
