Hinge over at the hip flexors keeping a neutral spine! 

SET IT UP 

Feet are hip width distance apart! Not too wide! 

Grab a set of weights for an advanced challenge. This will engage more core + hamstrings! 

Deadlifts are highly effective at increasing functional strength due to the activation of your largest lower body muscles
