These three step exercises are a great way to stretch pre- or post-workout.
AT HOME STEP STRETCHES
Try these 3 Step Stretching exercises
outer glute & back hip flexor
take the front leg off of the step and to the ground to lessen the stretch.
Grab onto something for balance. Press the back heel down to intensify the stretch.
Hinge forward and reach your fingers toward your toes until you feel a slight stretch in the backs of your thighs.
