CORE BODY HOPS

Targets: core, shoulders & obliques.  How To: Stack your shoulders over your wrist and jump up and over the step.

ARMY CRAWL  PLANK

Targets: shoulders, core & obliques  How To: Start in a high plank, tighten the core and walk down to the elbows to a low plank.

ROLL UP +  JUMP UP 

Targets: core, glute, quads, & hamstrings  Modify: To modify, roll up and stand up (do no add the jump at the top)!

SIDE PLANK  WITH HIP DIPS

Targets: shoulders, core & obliques  Modify: to modify, drop the bottom knee down to the ground for a modified side plank.

BICYCLE  TWIST 

Targets: core & obliques How To: Drive opposite elbow to opposite knee. Twisting from side to side to use the obliques.
