At least one person will ask me daily what I eat, what yoga pants I am wearing, or for my favorite workout … so I decided I’d start sharing the products and workouts I love. One of the products I love is Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars! Add them to your clean-eating grocery list as a healthy dessert.
Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars satisfy my sweet tooth—especially the coconut flavor! Just like Yasso claims, the coconut flavor is just like coconut ice cream except it is low in calories (only 80 calories per bar!) and it is a good source of protein!
Here’s the breakdown of the nutritional content for the coconut: Nutrition (1 coconut bar): 80 calories, 6 g protein, 14 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 0.5 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 55 mg sodium, 12 g sugar. (The coconut has two grams more sugar than some of the other bars.)
I also love the blueberry as I love blueberries in my Greek yogurt! Delish! Yasso features Greek yogurt bars in blueberry, coconut, raspberry, strawberry, vanilla bean and mango. The ingredients are all natural and the bars don’t include any artificial sweeteners. The bars are also gluten-free and vegetarian!
The story behind the bars is kind of fun too. Two athletes teamed up to figure out how to deliver a quality frozen yogurt product to the marketplace. They delivered the first bars to the marketplace in 2011 and have been going strong ever since.
