AT HOME CORE WORKOUT

Try these 6 core exercises + a focused nutrition plan to get rid of menopausal belly fat! 

BELLY FAT 

MOVES THAT BURN

In order to loose belly fat you have to take some other things into consideration!

OBLIQUE BURNER 

Sink low in a sumo squat and reach side to side crunching from the waist band.

RUSSIAN  TWIST 

How to perform?  Squeeze the legs together, grab a dumbbell and twist from side to side. Goal is to get the dumbbell to opposite hip each time!

SWEEPING SCISSORS 

How to perform?  Sweep arms as you roll up to sitting position with one leg in the air. Roll back down to starting position and get ready for the other leg!

V-UPS 

How to perform?  Extend arms overhead, rock up to seated position with legs in the air, using the. core to sit!

FROGGY CRUNCHES 

How to perform?  Soles of the feet press together, arms behind the head. Lift and lower the head and shoulders off the ground, engaging the lower abdominals.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS 

MUSCLES ENGAGED:  This movement will increase the heart rate, but it will also build intensity in the low abdominals and obliques (right and left).

This workout will have you feeling every inch of your core, from the center, to the obliques on both sides, to the lower abs it hits it all!
