BASIC KICKBOXING PUNCHES

WHAT ARE THE BASIC KICKBOXING PUNCHES?

1  JAB

How to perform:  Throw punch from the back of the body.

How to perform:  Start low, flex the bicep, and come from underneath.

UPPERCUT

How to perform:  Make a high swinging motion from the side with a flexed bicep. You can the hooks together or one arm at a time. 

HOOKS 

You can add in other movements to amplify your kickboxing.  Example - 4 hooks + squat jump
