ARMY CRAWL + SIDE PLANK OPEN

TARGETS: center abs and obliques To Modify: hold a plank from your knees - still opening up for the side T plank - just from the knees!

2 PLANK JACKS + 2 SPIDERMAN 

TARGETS: center abs and obliques! Keep the shoulders stacked over the wrists during this one!

SIDE PLANK CRUNCH 

TARGETS: obliques & shoulders!  MODIFY: to modify you can drop the bottom knee and crunch the top knee as shown above!

OPPOSITE TOE TAPS 

TARGETS: obliques, shoulder & triceps!  MODIFY: to modify you can drop the butt to the ground and reach to opposite toes!
