BEST DUMBBELL

TRY THIS 30-MINUTE WORKOUT AT HOME! 

By adding the weight of a dumbbell you are engaging the core/ midsection while working the upper or lower body!  Grab a pair of medium to heavy set of dumbbells and let's go!

SQUAT HIGH PULL + IN OUT 

Adding the in out feet in between will increase the heart rate! Cardio + strength move all in one!

BURPEE HIGH PULL 

Adding onto Move 1:  It's a squat high pull, adding on the burpee in the center. Both a cardio and strength building movement!

SIDE LUNGE + SHOULDER PRESS 

How to perform?  Working unilaterally, you will stay on one side of the body. Pressing into the glute on the side lunge & balancing in the center for the shoulder press.

CHEST FLY +  LEG DROPS 

How to perform?  Arms go wide like you're letting go of a beach ball, as the leg drops. Come back to the top using the chest & core together!

ROW + REVERSE LUNGES 

Muscle Groups Worked: Upper and middle back is worked throughout the rows. Glutes, quads, and hamstrings are engaged during the lunges.

PUSH-UP + SHIN TAPS 

How To Perform? Push- Up (elbows fall 6 inches from the rib cage) press back down dog and tap opposite shin. Using the core and obliques to press back!
