FRONT RAISE

Suggestion to drop to a lighter set of weights because you have a long straight arm!

LATERAL RAISE 

How to perform?  Drop down to a lighter set of weights. Keep the arms long as you raise to the sides and squeeze back down!

HAMMER CURL 

How to perform?  Engage the bicep and curl hands to the shoulders. In a hammer curl the palms will face inwards.

CROSS BODY BICEP CURL 

How to perform?  Bring opposite hand to opposite shoulder, hitting the bicep at a different angle.

TRICEP KICKBACK 

How to perform? Press elbows to the ceiling, and kick back the weight to an extended arm position. Using the backside of the upper arm!

BACK  FLY

How to perform? Open arms wide, by squeezing a pencil in between the shoulder blades at the back!
