UPPER BODY 

ARE YOU LOOKING TO TONE THE UPPER BODY WITHOUT PUSH-UPS? 

✅  Easy and effective exercises to sculpt and build strength quickly without being on the wrists or shoulders!  Let's do these 4 dumbbell exercises to tone the upper body!

FRONT RAISE

The front raise works the head of the shoulder. First upper body movement to tone the upper body!

HAMMER CURL 

Bicep Engagement:  2nd muscle group we are targeting in this workout is the biceps. No swinging of the weights.

TRICEP KICKBACK 

MUSCLE WORKED: Triceps  Press elbows to the ceiling, and kick back the weight to an extended arm position. Using the backside of the upper arm!

BACK  FLY

MUSCLES WORKED: Upper Back  When toning the upper body, we also need to target the upper back! Squeeze a pencil in between the shoulder blades.

1. Front Raise  2. Hammer Curl  3. Tricep Kickback  4. Back Fly  DO IT:  40 seconds on, 20 seconds off  Repeat x 4 sets
